Who is responsible
ECOMNOVA GROUP LLC ("ECOMNOVA", "we", "us") operates ecomnovagroup.com and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Our registered address is 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. This is a registered address for correspondence, not an office open to the public. What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, email address, the optional topic you select, your message and your confirmation that you have read this policy. We use them only to read and answer your enquiry about our ecommerce training and, if you ask us to, to send you information about it.
- Emails you send us directly: the same kind of information, for the same purpose.
- Technical data: when you load a page or send the form, the web server records your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the browser type and any error. We use these records to run the website, investigate faults and prevent abuse. The contact form also keeps a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) form of your IP address for one hour to limit repeated submissions.
Please do not send identity documents, passwords, access to a store or payment account, card numbers or health information through the form. We do not need them to answer an enquiry.
Legal bases (where the GDPR or similar laws apply)
- Answering your enquiry: steps taken at your request before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in replying to messages addressed to us.
- Security and server records: our legitimate interest in keeping the website available and protected against misuse.
- Records we must keep by law: compliance with a legal obligation.
We do not send newsletters or marketing emails, and the form does not include a marketing opt-in. If that ever changes, it will be optional, separate from the enquiry and based on your consent.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels, social media plugins or external fonts. It stores two small values in your browser's local storage: the language you choose (only after you select one) and the fact that you have seen our storage notice. Both are needed for the website to work as you asked. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Who receives your information
- People at ECOMNOVA GROUP LLC who answer enquiries.
- Our hosting provider: the website, the contact form and our mailbox run on a server operated with HestiaCP at Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (European Union). The form hands your message to that server's own mail system, which delivers it to our mailbox on the same server. No form or analytics service from any other company is involved.
- Advisers or authorities, only when the law requires it or to defend our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
International transfers
The server is located in the European Union. ECOMNOVA GROUP LLC is a company established in the United States, so when we read and answer your message, your information is accessed from the United States. Where the GDPR applies, this access is necessary to answer the request you send us. We protect the information with the measures described below.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and our replies: up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted, unless they lead to an agreement that requires longer retention or we must keep them to meet a legal obligation or defend a claim.
- Server records: kept for a limited period through automatic log rotation, and longer only when needed to investigate a specific security incident.
- Hashed IP address used to limit form submissions: one hour.
Security
Pages and the form are served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to the server and the mailbox is limited to authorised people. No system is completely secure, but we use reasonable technical and organisational measures for the type of information we receive.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful use. Residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom and Spain can complain to their data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos). Residents of US states with consumer privacy laws, such as California, have the rights those laws grant when they apply to our business, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. Write to info@ecomnovagroup.com. We may ask for information to confirm your identity, and we will not ask for more than is necessary.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has sent us a message, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change requires your consent, we will ask for it.

Qué datos tratamos y para qué
- Formulario de contacto: tu nombre, tu email, el tema opcional que elijas, tu mensaje y tu confirmación de que has leído esta política. Los usamos solo para leer y responder tu consulta sobre nuestra formación en ecommerce y, si nos lo pides, para enviarte información sobre ella.
- Emails que nos envíes directamente: el mismo tipo de datos, con la misma finalidad.
- Datos técnicos: cuando cargas una página o envías el formulario, el servidor web registra tu dirección IP, la fecha y hora, la página solicitada, el tipo de navegador y cualquier error. Usamos estos registros para mantener la web, investigar fallos y prevenir abusos. El formulario guarda además durante una hora una versión cifrada de forma irreversible (hash) de tu IP para limitar envíos repetidos.
No envíes por el formulario documentos de identidad, contraseñas, accesos a una tienda o a una cuenta de pago, números de tarjeta ni datos de salud. No los necesitamos para responder una consulta.
Bases jurídicas (cuando se aplica el RGPD u otras normas similares)
- Responder tu consulta: medidas precontractuales aplicadas a petición tuya y nuestro interés legítimo en contestar los mensajes que nos envían.
- Seguridad y registros del servidor: nuestro interés legítimo en mantener la web disponible y protegida frente a usos indebidos.
- Registros que la ley nos obliga a conservar: cumplimiento de una obligación legal.
No enviamos boletines ni emails comerciales y el formulario no incluye una casilla de marketing. Si eso cambiara, sería opcional, separado de la consulta y basado en tu consentimiento.
Cookies y almacenamiento del navegador
La web no instala cookies ni utiliza analítica, píxeles publicitarios, complementos de redes sociales ni fuentes externas. Guarda dos pequeños valores en el almacenamiento local de tu navegador: el idioma que elijas (solo después de que lo selecciones) y el hecho de que ya has visto nuestro aviso de almacenamiento. Quién recibe tus datos
- Las personas de ECOMNOVA GROUP LLC que responden las consultas.
- Nuestro proveedor de alojamiento: la web, el formulario y nuestro buzón funcionan en un servidor gestionado con HestiaCP en Hetzner Online GmbH, en Alemania (Unión Europea). El formulario entrega tu mensaje al sistema de correo de ese mismo servidor, que lo deposita en nuestro buzón alojado allí. No interviene ningún servicio de formularios ni de analítica de otra empresa.
- Asesores o autoridades, solo cuando la ley lo exija o para defender nuestros derechos.
No vendemos tus datos personales ni los compartimos para publicidad comportamental.
Transferencias internacionales
El servidor está en la Unión Europea. ECOMNOVA GROUP LLC es una empresa establecida en Estados Unidos, por lo que al leer y responder tu mensaje se accede a tus datos desde Estados Unidos. Cuando se aplica el RGPD, este acceso es necesario para responder la solicitud que nos envías. Protegemos los datos con las medidas descritas más abajo.
Cuánto tiempo los conservamos
- Consultas y nuestras respuestas: hasta 24 meses después del último intercambio y después se eliminan, salvo que den lugar a un acuerdo que exija conservarlas más tiempo o que debamos guardarlas para cumplir una obligación legal o defender una reclamación.
- Registros del servidor: un periodo limitado mediante la rotación automática de registros, y más tiempo solo si hace falta para investigar un incidente de seguridad concreto.
- Hash de la IP usado para limitar envíos del formulario: una hora.
Seguridad
Las páginas y el formulario se sirven mediante conexiones cifradas HTTPS. El acceso al servidor y al buzón está limitado a personas autorizadas. Ningún sistema es totalmente seguro, pero aplicamos medidas técnicas y organizativas razonables para el tipo de datos que recibimos.
Tus derechos
Según dónde vivas, puedes tener derecho a acceder a tus datos, rectificarlos, suprimirlos, limitar u oponerte a su tratamiento, recibirlos en un formato portable y retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento sin que afecte al tratamiento anterior. Si resides en la Unión Europea, el Reino Unido o España, puedes reclamar ante tu autoridad de protección de datos (en España, la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos). Si resides en un estado de EE. UU. con leyes de privacidad del consumidor, como California, tienes los derechos que esas leyes conceden cuando se aplican a nuestra empresa, incluidos los de conocer, suprimir y corregir tus datos y a no ser discriminado por ejercerlos. Menores
