Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

ECOMNOVA GROUP LLC wants ecomnovagroup.com to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. This statement describes what we have done and checked; it is not a certification and the website has not been audited by an external organisation.

What the website does

Pages use a logical heading structure, landmarks and a "Skip to content" link.
Everything, including the menu, the language button, the questions and the contact form, can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
Form fields have visible labels. Errors are announced next to the field concerned and in a status message read by screen readers.
Text and interface colours were chosen to meet AA contrast levels.
Informative images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
Layouts adapt from small phones to large screens, and the content works when zoomed to 200%.
Animation is limited and stops when your device asks for reduced motion. All content is visible without JavaScript.
The language of each page is declared, and it changes when you switch between English and Spanish.

How we checked it

Before publication we tested the website with keyboard-only navigation, at screen widths from 320 to 1440 pixels, with the reduced-motion preference enabled, with JavaScript disabled and with automated checks of headings, labels and contrast. Automated checks do not find every problem, and we have not yet completed a full test with each major screen reader.

Known limitations

We are not aware of a specific barrier at the date of this statement. If you find one, we want to know.

Qué hace la web

Las páginas usan una estructura lógica de encabezados, regiones y un enlace "Saltar al contenido".

Los campos del formulario tienen etiquetas visibles. Los errores se indican junto al campo afectado y en un mensaje de estado que leen los lectores de pantalla.
Los colores de texto e interfaz se han elegido para cumplir los niveles de contraste AA.
Las imágenes informativas tienen texto alternativo; las decorativas se ocultan a los lectores de pantalla.
El diseño se adapta desde móviles pequeños hasta pantallas grandes y el contenido funciona con un zoom del 200 %.
La animación es limitada y se detiene cuando tu dispositivo pide movimiento reducido. El contenido completo es visible sin JavaScript.
Cada página declara su idioma, que cambia cuando pasas de inglés a español.

Cómo lo hemos comprobado

Antes de publicarla probamos la web navegando solo con teclado, con anchos de pantalla de 320 a 1440 píxeles, con la preferencia de movimiento reducido activada, con JavaScript desactivado y con comprobaciones automáticas de encabezados, etiquetas y contraste. Las comprobaciones automáticas no detectan todos los problemas y aún no hemos completado una prueba con cada lector de pantalla principal.

Limitaciones conocidas

No conocemos ninguna barrera concreta en la fecha de esta declaración. Si encuentras alguna, queremos saberlo.
